Level3 seems to have some major network issue

We have no client reports of problems yet, but my own DSL connection is timing out going to major search engines, shopping, and travel websites, and I know others may see some problem arise from it but Level3 is having major routing/latency problems.

There are 4 red communications errors here now and all of them involved Level3.
