what happen with live chat? Every time I try to connect with live chat I have to wait 15-20 minutes. When I use live chat is because it is an urgent issue.

Right now it is 3 AM in your side and I'm waiting for 20 minutos and there is no operator to response to me. I have doubts that there are a lot of people getting support by live chat at this time. Then, why nobody is responding to me?
