Live chat unavailable - Please send a ticket

Live chat may be unavailable now, as our office router is having an issue and full staff are unable to be connected at the moment.

I am putting priority to server alerts and replying tickets when possible by urgency of the ticket.

The internet in the office is now up, we will be clearing outstanding non urgent tickets first(urgent tickets all were replied), and then live chat will be available again.

The staff is able to work some on tickets, but live chat is not staying stable due to regular disconnects (every 1.5 to 2 minutes), so we are unable to stay connected on livechat in the office at this time. If we do pick up on a live chat, and randomly stop responding the connection was likley lost.
