The live chat servers provided by LivePerson are being VERY slow right now. IN my testing it took almost 2 minutes to open the chat window and their servers are booting us off as operators some times as well. If you get disconnected from chat or not getting a reply we may not have it on the operator side due to these problems. It may be best to open a ticket for the next hour as they work to resolve this problem.
