Tomorrow, the festival of Holi (also called the festival of color) is celebrated throughout India and we will be having limited staff on duty on account for this national holiday. Our staff levels will not be able to cope with the usual demand for Live Chat support.
The unavailability of LiveChat will begin from around 11:30PM EST, March 14th to around 1PM EST, March 15th.
We ask customers to ONLY use LiveChat in the case of an emergency and primarily to stick to ticket support during this period
