login panel comes up when I try to browse service domain

Hi - I am new here and having a problem pecular to my computer/browser and am hoping someone else has experienced this and can tell me what to do. I signed up for a reseller account and have created my service domain, but when I try to browse to the domain (http://www.virtualdivas.com) a login panel pops up and I am forbidden access - yesterday for some reason the popup disappeared, but today it is back again, I have tried logging in and out of various accounts, does anyone have any suggestions as to how to resolve this - it is only on my machine, and does not happen on other computers/browsers so I think it is a cookie problem but have not been able to find the offending cookie - thanks, megan
 
I get the login pop up when visiting your site as well, so its not a problem with your computer/browser.

Hi - I am still having trouble with this - two days ago I changed my service domain dns settings to the ones I created in my account, but still no improvement - hoping this has happened to one of you and you figured out how to resolve it - I don't know if the error is in my settings, or if it is a glitch on the jodohost side of things, but I can't move forward until the problem is resolved, Thanks, megan

This is a DNS error, your dns is pointing to the wrong IPs, how long ago did you change the DNS settings at your registrar?

We are rebuilding the DNS for good measure, try http://virtualdivas.com and see if it will load (it does here, the www did not, but should soon)
 
Thank you SO very much - Was the wrong ip my fault? - I was following the step by step tutorial (step2), and need to know what I did wrong, thanks, megan

It should be up and running in the next several hours.
