Lose Customers

Hey Guys & Girls,

I am having a major issue here. I started a ticket with jodo on the 14th and I get another email today saying that it might not be for another 24 hours. We are talking 5 days now. I know that people might not be using oracle a lot now but I have a customer that is pissed and I am going to have to comp a month for them because you guys can't fix the oracle php problem in less them 5 days. What am I supposed to tell my customer, since I have no control over this. I try the tickets but all I get is "had problems another 24 hours" sometimes it seems like you are just buying time.

The compile did not work properly, that is the exact reason for the delay.
 
I don't disregard that the compile did not work properly but why do we have to wait for days on this. Believe me...I know I write software for a living, but there is no way I can tell my boss that I would have to push something 4-5 days when it should have taken less then a day.

The delay in days was as much because of control panel upgrade as anything else.
 
I apologize for the delay here. This was indeed due to the CP upgrade issue then anything else, as Stephen as already said.
Your task is done and i assure you that it will not take this long in future.
