As I explained to you before, we have no backup of your files available because they were replaced by a newer backup before you reported this to us. I'm extremely sorry for that. I do not believe this has anything to do with the datacenter shift because no other customer has reported missing files and there is now way we could have allowed an entire website to be left behind
