Lowest permitted TTL in hsphere DNS?

I need to set a low TTL for some MX records that are changing. I've seen references that claim 14400 is the lowest, but others say 1800 is doable. What's the jodohost policy/supported minimum?

1800 works fine. I have set that before without problem.
