mail parser for kayako

Hello all,

I just buyed jayako eSupport and installed on JH win server ok.
Now I' config mail parser and I can't do it properly.

Seems like POP/IMAP parser needs a task schedule on win to run wget and pull mails from mailbox.

it's ever necesary task schedule? it's possible config it at jodo servers?

Anyone have experience with it that can help me?

If your computer is always on, you can run the parser on your desktop, assuming it is similar to Cerberus
 
Hi Dave,
mmm, I don't like server services depends on desktops...
I was researching and it's possible to run cron jobs from unix servers, I'm testing it.
