My client is having sporadic bounces due to ?over quota?. They have 1000 MB allocated to each mailbox, and no mailbox is currently over 1 MB. They should never be anywhere close to over quota.
They've been seeing this off and on all day. What's the dspam1.local stuff about? Is that the problem? How can i resolve this quickly? I opened a ticket about this issue two hours ago but no response yet.
