Mail1 big local queue

mail1 has a big local queue that doesnt seems to be clearing up.
We are looking into it and will post an update soon.

Mail queue is back to normal for sometime now. The reason is feature offered at place where it really shouldnt be. We have complained Psoft in the past, but they don't seems to care. Going to follow up again on this.
