Mail1 email is delayed now, we do know this and ARE working on it, there is no need to come to live chat or submit a ticket, we are very well aware of the problem and working on it with top priority.
 
Just as an update, we do not have an estimate on when we think this will be resolved but rest assured we are working on it at the highest possibly priority and at multiple levels, from software to hardware and even external to the system to block the massive amounts of spam hitting the server.
 
Ranjan has stopped qmail on mail1 for about 5 minutes while cleaning some spam out of the queue this will speed processing of legit/real email in queue greatly.
 
Mail services are all back up now, there is still some delay as there is still a lot of mail in queue, but it should be faster than before.
