Re: Mail10 is down and being worked on at top priority
We are prepping a replacement server for Mail10, we have it available on standby and with the length of time it looks to take in recovery here we have made the choice to move to another server.
Work has already started on this process. We will put priority first to getting mail addresses online and functioning, and then recover data from backups after the addresses are up, and then sync with the most current mail10 once we have it ready so you will not lose any mail that was saved.
Mail servers have a built in fault tolerance for a down server and will resend multiple times, so most any mail during the outage period will be resent.
