There is an issue with the bootup sequence, we are on KVM working on it now. It may be a while.

We are still working on this, I don't have much of an update right now, it is a filesystem issue and we are working to correct it.

We will need to repair the filesystem externally, and for this we have a tech enroute to DC.

This is taking longer than we had anticipated, but it is still our top priority (my only priority right now)

Tanmaya and Praveen are working on making a mail catching server, we are confident in being able to repair the problem on mail10 but it is taking much longer than ever expected.
The problem is that the linux is not booting up and panicing very early in the process of the boot. We are working to fix this matter.

The mail catch server will not deliver mail to you immediate, but will catch and store all mail and when mail10 comes up it will send it over quickly.

We are prepping a replacement server for Mail10, we have it available on standby and with the length of time it looks to take in recovery here we have made the choice to move to another server.

Work has already started on this process. We will put priority first to getting mail addresses online and functioning, and then recover data from backups after the addresses are up, and then sync with the most current mail10 once we have it ready so you will not lose any mail that was saved.

Mail servers have a built in fault tolerance for a down server and will resend multiple times, so most any mail during the outage period will be resent.

We have setup a new server, and starting data restore from our backups. To avoid data inconsistency, POP3, IMAP and SMTP services are not made available. ETA on this process will be provided as soon as we have an estimation (based on speed of restore process).

As 'Per current restore rate, we should be able to get mail service up on this mailserver in next 2 hours or early'.

Mail service has been made available on new mail10. It is up and running fine for past 15 minutes. We are yet not able to correctly restore configuration for mail domain aliases.
We are working on the issue, and will post an update about it soon.

If you have a domain (not a domain alias), and having a problem with it, please report it immediately to tech support.

We are working with Parallels on the mail domain alias issue but it looks that fortunately there are very few of them.
