Mail3 seems to be having a problem.

In the past few days, we are having problems with Mail3 server. Currently a couple of customers have their domains on this server and are having problems.

Could you please refer to ticket number : AHN-78411-282

Do read the last comment which I have posted a couple of minutes back. I didnt want to populate the forum with all details, but it seem that mail3 is coming up in a lot of lists.

Finally, in our case we have quite a few customers across all the mail servers, but our observation is mail3 consistently keeps giving us problems. You could also see our ticket history and you would know.

Having same problem. Spamcop is blocking as well. Interestingly - mail sent to outside address is going through to many of them, but mail sent to other domains under my reseller account are being blocked. I have explicitly disabled spam filtering for some of these recipient addresses on Jodohost servers, yet the email is still not being delivered and kicking back an error message to the sender.

We have made a change with outgoing IP of this mail server.Mailing should be normal now.If any client still have problem in sending mail(s), please update us via support ticket.
