Mail4 maintenance

We will be doing some routine maintenance and a change in RAM chips on mail4, tonight(February 1) 11:00PM EST.

This will be delayed about 20 minutes as I deal with some abuse matters that are taking high priority.

Sorry for the delayed update. Server is up an running for a while. It took long as we replaced hardware twice and thus two reboots.
