Mail4 quick maintenance

Mail4 is being hit bad with a virus infected PC of a client. I need to do a quick cleanup here before we get blacklisted.
Mail service may stop for upto 4 mins here.
 
Mailserver was hit by multiple new IPs. We have identified the client and notified them as well. But a cleanup is necessary.
