Maintenance on select WinVPS accounts

Some problems have been identified with these accounts on WinVPS4, we will be running some short checks on these at 11PM EST tonight, each VPS will be down about 15-20 minutes while we run a full anti virus and chkdsk on each VPS.

I will be emailing the owners of these VPSes as well with this maintenance notice.
 
one of these VPSes just caused the other VPSes to also go down, I am rushing to the datacenter to check on this now.
 
The hardware node for these VPSes has been up for the last 5 minutes, after it went down unexpectedly.

We will contiue with the maintenance tonight at 11PM to upgrade all users Mailenable installations.
 
The mentioned 6 VPS accounts are currently down, Stephen is working to fix them.
We apologise for this downtime, we understand customers on this server have suffered from poor performance.

The issue is largely to do with the fact that there is some unknown bug that is causing the server to crash on that hardware. We have already replaced every single part that makes up WinVPS4.. have talked with SuperMicro and SWSOFT but we are unable to locate the cause of the issue.

we have rushed ordered new WinVPS servers.. using the new clovertown XEON QUAD core processors that will be in this week. We plan to migrate all WiNVPS4 accounts to this new server in order to permanently fix these issues.

We will offer compensation to WinVPS4 customers, once the migration has been complete
