Maintenance Window for Hsphere Control Panel

CP Database Maintenance Window starting 11pm Sat, Sept 23
Start Time: 11pm EDT(GMT-4) Saturday Sept 23rd
End Time 6am EDT(GMT-4) Sunday Sept 24th
Server: Only the Control Panel services
Purpose: Psoft is cleaning 2 tables
where​
they found millions of very old unused records that are bloating the database causing slowdowns. They will need the control panel service to be disabled during this time so that they can clean these tables. They have estimated the total time to complete the task at 6 hours. This will mean the control panel is unavailable at this time, other services are not affected. All email, databases and websites will remain fully functional.
 
This maintenance period will not be happening now. Psoft has made a mistake in their scheduling and they now say no one is available at these hours to fix the issue. I have emailed the management at psoft and gotten no reply on the ticket so I am 99% sure there will be no action to get the situation corrected. We will have to reschedule this for another time and will try to give at least 12 hours notice.
 
Control panel maintanance will begin at Friday morning 3:00AM EDT(GMT-4).
Psoft cant schedule it over the weekend and not before this time on any weekdays. This is why above time is chosen for maintenance.
 
This maintenance has been started as per schedule.Control panel is stopped for this but all other services (Web,DB and Mail) will not affected and will be up.
