Majo9r problems the last few days! Now web site has disappeared!

Are you all having problems?

My web site was running great since September, then a few days ago people in upperstate NY and ON, CAN area could not get to it. I changed it to dedicated IP just in case, and this early morning, all was well and Canadians started seing it. I woke up just now and now I am just getting a 404 error, and I have not touched a thing! I see you have had IIS problems, but my site has vanished! I can get to FTP, MSSQL server etc, and all files appear to be there. What is happening? Can someone please look into the problems?

There seems to be some configuration issue there, can you open a ticket and we'll immediately look into it

I am sorry about the problem there, the issue with the site not working has been resolved, the move to dedicated IP actually had an error in it causing IIS to not restart properly, I had to correct the entry to get IIS to start, and now I have looked up in Hsphere the proper dedicated IP and set it properly.

As for the problems before, was it one particular ISP in that area? It sounds a bit like a routing issue that is only causing a problem in one area.

Wow! That was fast! I really appreciate it. My customers are beginning to think I am flaky :)

As for the issue, no one could figure out what was causing the DNS errors in Canada and Upper NY. But, to be proactive I went to dedicated and after everything propogated it cleared up - so far, LOL. Thank you for the great service!
