Updated: September 10, 2003

We have been forced to slightly reduce the total monthly transfer and domains provided with our packages. This step will go a long way in solving many recent server stability and abuse issues we have been facing. This move will also ensure the continuation of excellent server speeds and reliability for which we have been recognised for. Other changes include the addition of Cold Fusion MX in all packages and an increase in Disk Space. All packages have been renamed as well.

Basic Package becomes Value Package
Pro Package becomes Silver Package
BizBasic Package becomes Gold Package
BizPro Package becomes Titanium Package

Plantinum package is a new 750MB Package
Premier and Enterprise packages are no longer supported

It is advised that all customers view the new package configurations from:
http://www.jodohost.com/winshared.htm
http://www.jodohost.com/linuxshared.htm

The new packages will kick-in for existing customers only on the start of their new billing term. Customers will however notice that the name of your package has already changed in the Control Panel.

We understand that many customers will be disappointed with the reduction in monthly transfer and domains. All existing customers that are using over the new monthly transfer and domain limits will not be charged for extra usage for the next 4 months (till January 10, 2004). Therefore, existing customers can continue to enjoy the same amount of domains and monthly transfer being previously provided till January 10, 2004. Customers are requested to contact [email protected] whenever they are charged for the use of extra resources under this scheme. Linux as well as Pro Package customers will notice that the prices of the corresponding new packages are a little higher as well. This scheme covers the higher pricing as well.

Enterprise and Premier customers can continue with their original packages till then end of their billing term or till January 10, whichever comes later. They will have to downgrade to a cheaper package after that.
