We are seeing some major routing issues from Europe to the US via cogent, and some via south america via cogent having issues as well. From Germany I am seeing 90% packetloss, and much of europe 30-50%.
This is not our issue, but we are reporting it to see if we can get some clarification on the matter as it is quite bad. The routes look good until they hit the east coast US, then get horrible.
We are basing this off of two customer reports at the moment, and see it also on online traceroute sites.
