I have many customers sites down as well as mail3
Can I get an ETA on mail3? it's been quite a while since this issue began

Mail3 update issued. Web3 may be the other issue, as it went haywire on migration scripts :( it is focus now.

Dedicated IP sites moved on ip migrations, shared didn't it turned into a mixed mess.

We are still evaluating all that has happened and what course of action to resolve is now.
 
From my end it looks like many domains/aliases/redirects have not migrated over
so a customer with 2 domains , 1 main site and 1 with redirect to the main site is having a problem. It's hard for me to investigate due to no cp access

dynamic sites are showing 500 error status message. Plain HTML files are fine.

Yes we are aware that it screwed up badly that is why now ip migration is re-running. After this I am thinking we will stop migrations for a day, and pickup early Saturday morning US time and complete the pending that we have all fully prepped. That will likley mean win9/10 don't move until next weekend at the earliest since they not synced up fully yet.
 
I have lodged a ticket in regard to some internal server errors appearing on some sites now that I've seen with other sites this week that hopefully aren't related to your current situation

btw a customer that we had to move earlier in the week, that datacenter is also having problems-- doesn't rain but it pours ;(

Speaking of datacenter we haven't even mentioned it but due to rolling blackouts in TX we've been running off generator many times a day there...

And I was supposed to return yesterday but 'stuck' so decided Miami was better that Houston, as at least we can be productive here.
