Mass Mail option

I did a search By Contact Info on the control panel. Then I selected the link that says Mass Mail.
I wanted to test the feature. When I hit Send, I get an 404 Not Found error.
Do I have to set up the Mass Mail options somewhere?
 
We will look into this matter, I think it has something to do with the url name and mod_security on the apache server.
