More information required

Hello,

I am currently with a company for reselling that in all honesty have been driving me crazy. Unfortunately some of these things have been hindering my relationship with some of my best clients and some have threatened to move on if I didn't act fast.

I would need to know if I could do the following for my websites.

allow the IUSR account to have RW access to the root directory of it's particular site. This is THE most important point and may end up being the dciding factor of who I will be hosting with.

Second what is the webmail application used? currently I am stuck with horde and my clients have been very vocal about their dislike of this application.

IUSR_group (it will be isolated to the user's folder only) can have read and write. However ASP.NET apps WILL be restricted only to the domain.com folder(meaning nothing outside of the wwwroot is accessible on asp.net), asp, php, and perl can access the down to the user directory level only.

Mail is Squirrelmail or IMP HORDE.
