More Shared Ssl Problems

TICKET 6372 NOW PLEASE

Last night, no shared ssl. Today, I get up, and my website is not displaying, saying The page must be viewed over a secure channel!!!!

For Gods sake you need to sort out this mess. It's one problem after another!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! X(

And please can someone monitor this situation regularly for at LEAST the next few days to make sure this does not keep happening. Every time this does - WE LOOSE BUSINESS!

AND where is our 24/7 support? Surely High prirority and my website being down (for who knows how many hours) deserves an IMMEDIATE response?

Chris

Here is what happened. We had a few customers complaining that they were being redirected to another site when using HTTPS. While you were asleep, we were scanning through hundreds of websites on Win5 to locate the cause for this. We discovered a few problems including one website that was intercepting alot of SSL calls.. we corrected these issues.

As a result, it seems that "require ssl" was turned on your site by mistake. We have corrected this issue and are looking for other websites where this may have occured...

I appologize for this as well..
I'll monitor your website myself...

Your ticket was answered in 25 minutes according the times logged with us..

Sorry Yash - maybe I'm just a tad too impatient somtimes. I'll try to learn to chill a little. 8)

What concerned me is the amount of time the website was down before I discovered the problem.. but never mind, I'm just relieved the problem has been fixed. Thank you.

No, it was not down for long Chris. At most 30 or 40 minutes before you discovered it because it was then when we were doing what I said..
