More than 100 mailboxes

has anyone a hosting plan with more than 100 mailboxes?

CP doesn't work fine to manage more than 100 or 120 mailboxes. CP take more than 3-4 minutes to show mailboxes list. I have reported this issue MORE THAN 20 TIMES (the first one was on February 2006), but the issue is going on , and going on.... and I have always the same answer : WE ARE WORKING ON IT

I have written a lot of words about this issue, even I had to demostrate that this is a bad performance in CP, not a slow response in email server. Last summer, when Psoft and jodo team stopped some hsphere job, EUREKA!!! all was working fine,.... but only for 5 days.

The issue is located but never resolved... Will be resolved sometime or not? Please, I need an answer, but a true answer because I have to give an answer to my customer about this issue and WE ARE WORKING ON IT it is not a valid answer , at least during 1 year.


Anyone has the same issue?
 
it all boils down to the way hsphere fetches info for the mailboxes from each mailbox, so the more mailboxes the more queries used.
 
you are right, but I have seen to fetch this information in 4 seconds last summer , ... and now take 3-4 minutes. As I said, all is related to some hsphere background jobs
 
problem is that Hsphere does tend to do much billing a few times and your working hours are within the range of these processes. It is fine mostly except a few days, but I cant move these jobs to US business hours. I did mention to you to wait until we move mail5 to dspam almost a month back. If you can wait until this happens (it was attempted once and then we moved back) you should sure see some better results.
