Movable Type install problems

I'm trying to install Movable Type on win24, and it reports

"DBI (version >= 1.21)
Either your server does not have DBI installed, the version that is installed is too old, or DBI requires another module that is not installed. DBI is required if you want to use any of the SQL database drivers. Please consult the installation instructions for help in installing DBI.

DBD::mysql
Your server does not have DBD::mysql installed, or DBD::mysql requires another module that is not installed. DBI and DBD::mysql are required if you want to use the MySQL database backend. Please consult the installation instructions for help in installing DBD::mysql.
"

Works okay on other servers. Can we get these installed?

Impressive support from you guys, as always.
 
Next problem..
to send notification mail through smtp, it needs the Mail::Sendmail Perl module installed.

Can we do that?
