Move from Access to MSSQL

One of my clients is about to start really building up some data and traffic, and I feel its time to switch from Access to MSSQL. All the apps are in CF, so that is why I posted here - I want to know from a CFMX perspective what to expect.
Are there any differences in SQL that I need to address? What's the best way to transfer data, tables, etc. from Access to MSSQL? What other things should I consider, look for, check, worry about, and otherwise expect?

Would switching to MySQL be a better idea? Pros and Cons, please!

SQL Server is obviously much more powerful than MySQL and you'll find SQL Server easier to work with than MySQL if you have worked with MS Access (at least that's my experience)

For conversion, we could do a DTS import from your MS Access database for you if you opened a ticket

Yash,
Thanks! That will be awesome. I have a few other things to get in place and then I'll open the ticket.

Thanks again.
