When I first setup my reseller account, I had all my domains under different logins, to help me track what was what with each. However, I'm not too bothered now, so I moved them all into my Service Account (domain and files etc). Although I know how to do this manually, I was wondering if JodoHost are able to do this automatically for me please, with my last domain?
The reason being, is that the last domain hosts a forum which is connected to a MySQL database. The only way I know of moving it manually, is to ask Jodo to backup the DB, then import it into the new MySQL database once I've moved files and the domain.
Could Jodo advise on this please, as I don't mind if this is the only way, but it means taking the site down for a couple of hours while I log tickets to Jodo to backup / import the DB.
