After almost a year of offering Exchange along with the Cluster2 reseller plans we have decided not to continue the services for a number of reasons.
#Lack of proper reseller integration with Hsphere
#Exchange 2003 is the only version supported
#Lack of demand for service
The services did not go as well as we had hoped they would when we offered them with the Cluster2 launch, and it was soon discovered that those attempting to use it were not having an anonymous service, but one that relied upon our own company selected base cluster domain. In addition to this Microsoft has released Exchange 2007, and 2007 SP1 since before we launched 2003, and Parallels has no intent to continue support for future versions of Exchange beyond the 2003 version.
We have not offered Microsoft Exchange outside of reseller plans in the past, and do not plan to offer it now. We are researching future offerings for value added services to provide along with the reseller accounts including other groupware solutions.
