MSSQL1 issue

MSSQL1 has dropped off the network. We are looking into it and will post an update soon.
 
the RAID controller is reporting that one hard drive is bad and 1 partition is missing. We are investigating this problem and I'll post an update shortly
 
We are working on diagnosing the RAID problems. If we aren't able to restore the RAID within the next 20 minutes, we plan to perform a fresh reinstall of the OS and do a database restoration. Approximate restoration time would be 3 to 4 hours. We are hoping to avoid that
 
We were able to diagnose the RAID problems and the server is back up. However we had to remove one drive from the RAID and its still running in degraded mode. We will be scheduling a maintenance window to repair the RAID and add a new drive. This would be announced shortly
