MSSQL10 had had a member of its RAID array to fail and we are needing to replace the drive, at the same time there is a software update available for SQL2005 that we will be performing. There will be a 20-40 minute outage as we perform this hardware and software maintenance.

This maintenance is starting now.
 
RAID rebuild is at 75% now so moving along well and should be back at full IO in 30 minutes or so.
