we are aware MSSQL2 is acting slow. Right now, backup is going on server and this is causing issue. We have to allow it to finish
and after that it will get better. We are working to modify backup plan to prevent in future runs.
There is still something slow about MSSQL2 there is some abuse we are trying to trace out as well, we are restarting the SQL services now to further trace it, there will be 10-12 minutes of shutting down and reloading.
We have the abuse found after it came back again, and now disk utilization is down about 50% of what it was. We are moving the other DB to a temporary server while they debug the problems.
