MSSQL5 Abuse Issue

We have been tracking an abusing database on MSSQL5 that has been hitting the server hard. We are taking down MSSQL for 2 minutes to correct this issue
 
MSSQL is back up. This database we disabled was causing extremely high CPU usage issues and affecting the performance of this server
