Hello,

I am trying to send a SOAP request (using xmlServerHTTP) to a third party web service from our website.

I keep getting this error:

msxml4.dll error '80072efd'. A connection with the server could not be established

I looked on the web and it says maybe the hosing company's firewall or configuration is blocking this.

Anyone run across this?

That may be the case. I suggest you open the ticket.
Did you check if the XML source was actually available from your PC?
