Mysql: Failed to create Database xxxxxx

Hi,

Im getting "Failed to create Database xxxxxx" when attempting to create a new mysql. Even when my resources say 11 of 50 used.

Any clue about this?

what ticket do you mean? should I submit one under my cp?

The falied procedure was:

1) Login to CP
2) MYSQL
3) Mysql Wizard
4) Enter name and description (couple of alternatives)
5) submit -> "failed to create database xxxxxx".

What i man is that sometimes if it is server side error it says "Failed to create database xxxx, Internal ticket created"
 
would be best to submit a ticket only a few opened and I am the only one working them, none on this subject :)
