the server itself is up but the load is very high and Praveen is working on it. Something has happened to make the load jump to over 100 and it is begin looked into on top priority as this is highly uncommon.

We are stopping apache for a moment to find the cause here, and load is dropping dramatically. this has helped greatly, load dropped like a rock. Praveen is trying to ID what has caused this load on apache, it was also using huge amount of bandwidth.

there seems to be some DDOS attempts against one domain causing the load. Neeraj and Praveen are working to isolate and stop this.

they have stopped the domain that was being attacked but it is on the shared IP. They are working to resolve the matter further. even with the domain stopped it is taking lots of bandiwdth and making load soar.

Apache is down so we can have a manage server to grab the IPs attacking and block properly and bring apache back up in working condition.

apache is all up now. The IPs that were hitting have been blocked at this time.
