There is some abuse issue on MySQL10 being checked, some site is trying repeatedly to login and causing others to fail login as well taking many connections, we are checking it.
sites using the server are working, at times a little slow due to this but it is being resolved, and looking a lot better now, there is a 0 load on the server, so it is not a load issue, just one of connections.
