mysql5 is not responding. It appears to have some drive related errors. We are further looking into the situation.

Server was rebooted, however isn't coming up after reboot.

A tech in on his way to the Data center to assist us further here.

Server is up and working fine for past 7 mins. However we are going to do a quick maintenance, and then proceed the scheduled upgrade.
