Name Server Issues

I am trying to get to my domain "biginthosting.com" and I am having a issue. I have just pinged ns.biginthosting.com and I am getting a time out. What is going on?

We're looking into this right now. Seems there is some issue with the way your service zone has been configured resulting in your email issue as well

You really don't have to mention your domain at the forums. You can use the ticket system. I just thought that resellers might want to keep their domains a secret because we've taken an awful amount of effort to prevent you from being traced to us.
