Nameservers/Failure

Does anyone have any solutions to these nameserver DNS errors? It is part of our reseller account and the client is having major problems with email so we are thinking it is related to these failures...

FAIL
Lame nameservers
ERROR: You have one or more lame nameservers. These are nameservers that do NOT answer authoritatively for your domain. This is bad; for example, these nameservers may never get updated. The following nameservers are lame:
204.14.104.16
204.14.106.14

FAIL
Missing (stealth) nameservers
FAIL: You have one or more missing (stealth) nameservers. The following nameserver(s) are listed (at your nameservers) as nameservers for your domain, but are not listed at the parent nameservers (therefore, they may or may not get used, depending on whether your DNS servers return them in the authority section for other requests, per RFC2181 5.4.1). You need to make sure that these stealth nameservers are working; if they are not responding, you may have serious problems! The DNSreport will not query these servers, so you need to be very careful that they are working properly.

ns3.g-addesign.com.
ns4.g-addesign.com.

This is listed as an ERROR because there are some cases where nasty problems can occur (if the TTLs vary from the NS records at the root servers and the NS records point to your own domain, for example).
FAIL Missing nameservers 2 ERROR: One or more of the nameservers listed at the parent servers are not listed as NS records at your nameservers. The problem NS records are:
ns.m****here.biz.
ns2.m****here.biz.
ns3.m****here.biz.
ns4.m****here.biz.

DNSreport for youngwooldridge.com

the problem is that you have ns/ns2/ns3/ns4 all listed, and only 2 of the 4 should be used for any domain. You must check in domain information listing in the control panel to get the proper servers.
2 of these 4 wont have any information regarding the domain and hence will fail.

will these errors cause any email problems? the clients email is being hosted elsewhere but they are having hostname issues and sometimes they are unable to recieve email. the dns team for the email host is saying that the email is failing when it gets to the nameserver and alias.

yes it would cause mail problems if the dns server doesn't respond, and two of them won't respond as they don't have record for all the servers there.

Remove these:
===============================
NS.M****HERE.BIZ 64.156.220.224
NS2.M****HERE.BIZ 64.156.223.231
===============================

just to verify with you..

ns3.m****here.biz.
ns4.m****here.biz

these will work correctly? I want to make sure nothing bad happens

yes, or use the ones displayed in control panel(they are just alias for these two).
