Nameservers Hell!

I've set up some space for a customer and added the domain www.ripplefloridavillas.com. The actual Domain name has been registered with another registrar. Currently the domain is pointing at NS0.telivo.co.uk and NS1.telivo.co.uk.

When looking into the hsphere control panel for this customer, the only Nameservers are ns3 and ns4. I've tried inputting these into the CP of telivo, but have not been accepted, I've also tried adding my reseller ns1 and ns2, these have not been accepted...

Hopw do I get this to work
 
All new domains use ns3 and ns4. Have you created these server aliases in from your Reseller Admin CP? You must also create ns3 and sn4 and your domain registrar like you created ns1 and ns2.

All old customer domains are using ns1 and ns2. New customer domains must use ns3 and ns4
