I don't know if I'm just being dumb here:
My service domain is wobbooksite.com
When A customer signs up hsphere tells them to use ns3.wobbooksite.com & ns4.wobbooksite.com as the nameservers.
But they can't use those directly where their domain is registered. They have to set up child nameservers on their registor.
Is this normal? I don't remember that being the case before.
They do not have to do this if they use ns3.jodoshared.com & ns4.jodoshared.com.
