Need a response to ticket CJW-82559-991

This ticket CJW-82559-991 has been open for over 2 hours without a response.

Frontpage extensions are not working on win11, I need to know if it's being looked at or what the status is. Client can't update their site, and HSphere is returning an error whenever I try to "fix" FP.

Any news on this?
 
I apologize for this delay but due to some technical issue FP is not working. I am checking it.

You can use FTP for updating your website.
 
This is something isolated to your domain here, not systemwide, still trying to find the issue, not looking too good :(
 
Yep, it's still a problem for this client. Thankfully, the domain they are currently working on, already has FP enabled, so they can carry on for now. However, I can't turn FP extensions on for any other domain there, or perform a "fix". Still comes back saying "Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified".

It's been some days now... what's the latest news on this issue?

[ed] if it can't be fixed on that server, can the account be moved to another server without losing anything?

And that ticket has not been answered for a couple of hours now... I'd really like to know why this account is having these errors. First Frontpage extension, now can't add a domain.

An can I please have a reply to my question here about moving the account to a new server if that will fix these problems... it has been several days since this first started. My client is getting rather anxious.

We have all the real domains on frontpage fixed (the others are simply redirects)

As for adding the domains, we are not sure what is going on, and we can attempt a move if that is what you desire, but I am not sure it is going to work properly at this point Hsphere seems to be pretty confused about this account. (looks to be trying to do some unix commands to a windows server)

I still can't add domains to the account, however. I've PM'd you the details, and perhaps recreating the account from scratch on my other (cluster 2) reseller account is the only way to get them up and running again. Let me know via PM, we'll take it from there if you think that's the best option.

By now you should have had a response to that ticket. It is important that you have a ticket number. If you dont receive one then that means that the ticket didnt go through. Thanks.

The ticket number is in the thread subject. :) All sorted now.
