Need help.

The H-sphere program is cryptic at best. I have been unable to alter much of anything and basically need it reset completely. I was going to use it under a domain name I didn't end up getting and need to switch it to something else and cannot. The original domain I switched over here has been suspended for whatever reason, It was supposed to have been placed under my reseller account and never did show up anywhere. Tech support hasn't answered my e-mail all day. X(

Any ideas?

Setting up a reseller account takes some time. However if you follow the steps it works each time. Also once you set-up your account, you know its strenght. Following links are very helpful while setting up Reseller Account:

Support has deleted your existing account as per your ticket. They will activate the new one once you sign-up for the same.
