Need Payflow Pro Installed

Hi Jodohost,
I've tried to get this done thru the ticket center ans still not fixed after 3 days... Please install Verisign Payflow Pro Com object every days that it is not on the server... my client is loosing money... my ticket#35090... and Ive tried to email Yash twice as this issue is very important!
The server in question is Win5... and u should get everything else you need from the ticket

I am sorry for the delay, there was a communication gap on this issue. We normally do not do any component installations for reasons of security and server stability.

This is being looked into at the moment by Maheep and your ticket will be answered shortly. If you do not receive a response to an email sent to me, please do not hesitate to resend it. I sometimes miss email under the mountain of spam I receive

Someone got to it today... But still did nothing and closed the ticket!!! here is the reply

I worked on Payflow pro. Its a merchant account/gateway a way to accept credit cards online and any one who want to implement it on their site, need to sign-up with the vendor who provide the gateway such as Payflow pro from Verisign Inc. Once they sign-up with them, their necessary files has to be impleneted at our servers. customer provide the necessary installation files and we install them on our servers. So please ask your client regarding this and update us so that we go forward.

Im sorry man thats just not true... The install has been the same for the last 3 years for Verisign Payflow Pro... It installs a Global component...

I don't mean to sound Rude, but I'm getting YELLED at from MY client... ASKING why isn't this done!.... and I know you dont have a problem with verisign PAYflow Pro from this post http://support.jodohost.com/showthread.php?t=2547&highlight=payflow

Do you know where we can download the Verisign PayFlow Pro components

We installed them a long long time ago for a customer on a server. Win5 does not have them installed. We'll definately put them on the server if you can help us with finding the link.
 
I Attached it to a new ticket#35379 If you did not recieve it please email me the address to send it too... It says it attached fine...

we are working on it. IIS was down for 5 minutes on Win5 due to an issue with the component installation and these are things we like to avoid unless scheduled

Tanmaya is working on this issue and he'll do another install at 2AM
 
we got the component to work with cgi fine but for some reason its not working with asp

We made further changes to the component but its now too late (5:30am) to restart IIS. We have already done two restarts and that will probably show up as 1 hour of downtime (as opposed to less than 5 minutes) for some customers who have a 30 minute check period.

We believe the changes should correct the asp issue
 
still can't get the com to work in asp... i sent all the docs i could could you find anything with thoes??
