We are beginning live trials of our new end-user support system for resellers.

We are looking for resellers who wish to have their end-user helpdesks setup immediately and have their tickets handled by our staff.

OK, let me give everyone an explanation on how this is going to work.

We had previously contracted a company to develop a custom support system for us. But due to the poor quality of work and constant delays, we have decided to cancel that.

Instead, we have customised the Cerberus Helpdesk system for this purpose.

For each reseller, we will be setting up an end-user support center through which your customers could submit and track tickets. They could log into this support center using their HSphere username and password. This system will feed tickets into our centralised support system to be answered by our staff. As a reseller, you will also have access to that support system so you can view your customer tickets.

Your customers would also be able to send in tickets via email to email addresses specified by you. You would of course receive copies of all tickets via email.

The pricing so far discussed for end-user support is free for the # of accounts that come with your package, $0.50/month extra for each additional account. This is not finalised and finalised rates would be announced after we complete testing
