Do the Windows servers in cluster 1 support .NET 4 with MVC 3 and the RAZOR view engine?

Not all of them, most of the migrated servers do, a couple of the earliest migrations don't/didn't but the rest do.

(all have 4.0 but MVC 3 no)

MVC3 is already on a number of CL2 and migrated CL1 servers. If you can give me a server I can check it, we are putting it on any new migrations as well.

finally got the bug tracked down and installed, and notated it for google to index for other as well.

Win6 CL1 and CL2 should both have MVC3 support.
