I am getting this up now, it is not down on the node level but down externally. We will be moving both to a new processing node on a scheduled basis.

I have the VM instances up, there seems to be a network level issue on this node that is making the NIC drop offline at a similar time each day based 'on policy' which is not set. I am going to move the instances off, and we will continue researching it with test after there i no live impact to us or clients on VZSQL1.
